Kaizen is a Core Value at Bloom Intelligence

One of our core values here at Bloom Intelligence is the constant implementation of Kaizen. We strongly believe in the methodology and we strive to make it part of our personal and professional lives everyday.

What is Kaizen?

Kaizen is a concept referring to business activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the very top to the very bottom. Kaizen also applies to processes, such as purchasing and logistics, that cross organizational boundaries.

From the Japanese word for “change for the better” or continuous improvement, the concept of Kaizen has changed over time into a business strategy of making small, but continuous changes for the better in company operations. These changes can range from manufacturing steps to productivity, inventory, customer success, or quality control matters.

When an issue is identified, however minute it is, the team is encouraged to brainstorm ideas that would make the issue more streamlined, faster, and less prone to mistakes.

The cycle of kaizen activity can be defined as: “Plan → Do → Check → Act”.

What is Kaizen? The idea in the PLAN step is to define the process to improve. The DO step is implementing the plan and measuring its performance. The team then takes those measurements to assess whether they are getting the desired results. This is known as the CHECK step. The ACT step follows. The team makes a decision on the changes that need to be made to improve the process; then, the whole cycle starts again.

This cycle is also known as PDSA (Plan → Do → Study → Act) because many feel that the word ‘study’ is more descriptive than the word ‘check’.

Kaizen as a core value has helped Bloom Intelligence become not only a best-in-class WiFi marketing and analytics platform, but a close-knit family of business professionals who continuously strive to make our company, and its customers, better every single day.

What is Restaurant Marketing?

Restaurant marketing is the process of getting people to visit your restaurants. Restaurant marketing creates loyalty, provides data to research, analytics, and allows restaurants to gain a better understanding of their ideal customer profile. It utilizes all customer channels: guest WiFi, website, social, rating sites, mobile apps, email, text, and advertising.

WiFi marketing is a marketing technique that uses guest WiFi to collect & clean customer data such as names, emails, phone numbers, customer behavior, and demographics. This data is used to personalize marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty, build online reviews, and save at-risk customers. The performance of every campaign can be tracked down to the tangible ROI of a customer walking back in your door.

“I am currently working with Bloom Intelligence with Matt Ronay and Edward Kennedy. They are great to work with, respond quickly, and provide great support for noth my company and my clients. I have used other WiFi platforms but never received this level of service. I was looking for a service that would make it easy for me to sell WiFi lead generation and analytics to my clients without a lot of problems. They have provided this above and beyond. I highly recommend them to any agency looking to add this type of program to your services.”
